The MDD093C-N-030-R2M-130PA0 is characterized by a brushless design and high power density. Hence, it is specifically suited for highly dynamic operations like roller feeds for pressing, punching, and nibbling machines, and tool-changing devices. Its integrated feedback system is digital servo feedback with an integrated multiturn encoder. This permits an absolute indirect position detection on the motor and stores the information in the intelligent digital drive. The feedback system uses the optical measurement method and thus has a high degree of precision. This MDD motor model has a compact design that gives it a high power-to-weight ratio. Its nominal speed is 3000 rpm, while its centering diameter is 130mm.
Form-fitting shaft hub connections are achieved with the output shaft with a keyway according to DIN 6885-1 present in the MDD093C-N-030-R2M-130PA0. It is a maintenance-free motor due to its brushless design and completely sealed housing. This maintenance-free operation gives it a high degree of operational reliability.
