Product Description
The MDD093C-N-030-N2M-110GB0 digital AC servomotor offered by Bosch Rexroth has to be mounted onto the associated machine and started only by trained personnel. This motor is fitted with protective covers that must be removed only at the time of mounting. The product is meant to be stored between -25°C and 85°C. The device is not meant to be used in a damaged or defective state. The unit has a 110mm standard centering diameter. Its cores allocation between the drive interface and the flange socket present on the motor must be correct if cables other than those supplied by the manufacturer are used. The motor has 9.2Nm continuous torque in standstill mode.
The product portrays a high cyclic load capacity because of electronic commutation. The device is capable of rendering high continuous start-stop operations with high repetition rates. The unit is integrated with a fixed bearing on its B side and a floating bearing on the A side. It has reduced operating data when it functions outside the ideal operating conditions. The motor is suitable for punching and pressing needs with shock-damped or shock decoupled mounting. The device may experience peeling of its housing coat if it is cleaned frequently with a steam cleaner.
The motor mounting can be done as per either B5 or B14 design. The product supports vertical installation with the shaft to either the top or the bottom. The device achieves non-positive as well as backlash-free transmission of torque with the output shaft. The unit has 29 x 10-4kgm2 moment of inertia for its rotor. Its shaft sealing does not render complete liquid penetration along the shaft into the housing. The motor reseating action must be performed after shutting down the associated drive for a minute. This servomotor has backup support for one year and can be delivered to any worldwide destination.
