Product Description
Part of the MDD series of AC digital servo motors with electronic commutation, the MDD093C-N-020-N2L-130GB1 can provide a speed rating of 2000 rpm. The maximum speed this AC servo motor can attain is 7500 rpm, and to further enhance the reliability, this servo motor is designed to be low inertia with a rotor moment of inertia rating of 42 x 10^-4 kg·m². This feature not only allows the motor to quickly accelerate or decelerate but also helps adjust the speed based on the load attached to the shaft of the servo motor.
To help prevent the servo motor from overheating, this servo motor should always be installed in a well-ventilated room to ensure the motor remains cool as it uses natural convection cooling to help keep the motor body cool during high-speed rotations. This servo motor comes with a centering diameter of 130 mm that helps align the servo shaft perfectly with the gearbox system to help reduce overall vibrations in the system. To further help with the vibrations, this AC servo motor comes with a reinforced structure, which ensures the servo motor does not vibrate too much, causing the mechanical parts of the servo motor to loosen up.
To stop the shaft from moving when being used for applications where the load must be fixed in a certain position, this AC servo motor comes with a 22 Nm holding brake, which helps keep the shaft fixed in one single position without moving or slipping unless a control signal is applied by the motor control module. To power the motor brake system, this servo motor requires a 24 volts DC power connection and can take up to 30 ms to react.
