This electrical motor is designed with a housing that provides a high degree of protection according to the IP65 protection class; this housing is also covered with a special coating that protects it from yellowing, chalky build-ups, weathering, and dilute acids and lyes. An additional coating layer can be added to increase the protection provided by the coating; however, this must not exceed a thickness of 40 micrometres.
