The MDD093B-F-040-N2L-110PR1 is a compact MDD servo motor featuring electronic commutation. It reduces the risk of wear and tear in the motor since there are fewer mechanical parts, improving its overall reliability. This feature also gives the motor a high cyclic load capacity, meaning that it can withstand repetitive loads and forces over a long period. As a result, it is ideal for continuous start-stop operations with high repetitive frequencies. It also reduces the risk of downtime and improves the motor’s performance. The MDD model can reach a nominal speed of 4,000 revolutions per minute and has a centering diameter of 110mm. Its holding brake has a holding torque of 11.0Nm and holds the servo axes when it is disconnected from power.

Dynamically balanced in terms of Balance Class R per DIN VDE 0530, the MDD093B-F-040-N2L-110PR1 supports demanding applications like grinding machines.
