Product Description
The INDRAMAT MDD motor series is a set of AC digital servo motors designed for high precision and highly dynamic operations. They have outstanding features such as high-performance data, high power, high cyclic load capacity, and so on. When integrated with INDRAMAT digital drive controllers, these motors are upgraded to advanced automatization systems suited for various applications. The MDD motors are commonly used in robotics, tool machines, textile machines, etc.
The MDD093B-F-020-N2L-110GB1 is an MDD motor of size 093. It has a nominal speed and a centering diameter of 2000 min-1 and 110 mm, respectively. Also, it is designed with a plain output shaft which enables a backlash-free and non-positive transmission of the torque. Due to its ability to execute maintenance-free operations, it has a high degree of operating reliability. Meanwhile, it is housed in a black prime coat and has an 11.0 Nm blocking brake. This brake operates following the closed-circuit principle and clamps the axis of the motor when a machine is disconnected from a power source. In addition, it features digital servo feedback that executes a relative indirect position evaluation on the motor. Using this feature, the relative position of the motor is recorded on the drive controller.
According to DIN VDE 0530, the MDD093B-F-020-N2L-110GB1 is placed in balance class R. It is suited for main spindle and rigorous operations. For power connection, the connectors are plugged into side B. To maintain functionality and durability, this servo motor is to be operated in a room with a temperature of 45°c or less. Also, it is recommended that it not be installed past a maximum height of 1000m above sea level.
