Product Description
Bosch Rexroth designs and develops the latest motion control components. The company offers a variety of heavy-duty servo motors, frequency converters, and chemistry modules.
The MDD090C-N-040-N2M-130GA1 model represents the advanced technology of Rexroth Indramat. The motor is specially used inconjunction with the digital drive controller to develop a rapid-response automation system. The MDD090 AC servo motor comes with a 6.5 Nm blocking brake to hold the output shaft at standstill during deceleration state. Both power and feedback connectors are located at the top of the motor. A power connector with A-side power delivery is installed in this model along with the standard/angle feedback connector. The MDD090 AC servo motor uses both natural and surface cooling modes to maintain its ambient temperature. In natural cooling mode, the motor uses surrounding air to maintain its ambient temperature whereas, forced cooling is carried out in the surface cooling mode with the help of a blower unit. The blower unit operates at AC 115 – 225 V input power and can be attached axially or radially. For high operational reliability, periodic maintenance should be carried out by an electrically qualified professional. The motor delivers the peak torque of 58.6 Nm while operating at a speed of 4000 rpm.
The model MDD090C-N-040-N2M-130GA1 has a winding inductance of 1.6 mH that produces the nominal torque of 10.4 Nm (at natural cooling) and 14.6 Nm (at surface cooling) while consuming the nominal current of 24.4 A and 34.3 A. The model comes with a reduced balance class and a standard plain shaft is used in this model. The MDD motor uses HSF integrated with an optical encoder to control the position of the shaft. The rated temperature range for this model is 0 to +45 degree Celsius, without a reduction in rated data. This product can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
