Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth MDD090C-N-030-N2M-110GB0 is a digital servo motor. It supports integrated digital servo feedback with an integrated multiturn absolute encoder. The encoder is a digital sensor that measures motor parameters including speed and position. Multiturn encoders provide feedback within multiple turns of the motor shaft. Feedback from the motor enables a digital controller to make suitable adjustments to its output so that motor parameters match desired values that are programmed by an operator. The controller programming must be done prior to system commissioning. The MDD090C-N-030-N2M-110GB0 motor has a plain shaft with 24 millimeter diameter. The length of the motor housing is 405 millimeters. The size of the motor flange is 140 millimeters and the diameter of each mounting hole on the flange is 11 millimeters. The MDD090C-N-030-N2M-110GB0 motor has a centering diameter of 110 millimeters.
The MDD090C-N-030-N2M-110GB0 has a standard housing suited to natural convection or surface cooling. MDD motors support optional blocking brakes. However a blocking brake is not available on the MDD090C-N-030-N2M-110GB0 motor. Nominal speed of the MDD090C-N-030-N2M-110GB0 is 3000 RPM. The power connection is on side B. The motors are packed onto a palette or in cartons at the time of delivery. The way they are packed depends upon the numbers and/or sizes of the motor. If a single motor is packed on a palette, then it is secured against sliding and movement by means of squared timbers and tightly lashed into place with taut metal bands. If several motors are simultaneously delivered, then up to three motors will be on one palette. Pieces of Styrofoam or cartons are then used to prevent them from damaging each other. To prevent damage from inclement weather, a carton is placed over a palette and then affixed to the palette with the use of taut bands.
