MDD071C-N-030-R2L-095GA0 is a Bosch Rexroth MDD series servo motor. Typical MDD motor applications include robotics, handling equipment and transfer facilities. Because of high power density, MDD071 series motors are well suited to applications such as tool changing devices and roller feeds for punching and nibbling machines. Permanent magnets and rare-earth materials used in MDD motor construction enable low rotor inertia. Electronic commutation reduces maintenance requirements and enables MDD motor use in different environments. Use of lifetime lubricated bearings, in combination with electronic commutation, allows maintenance free operation. The IP65 rated housing provides strong ingress protection. As a result, MDD motors are ideal for many environments. A temperature sensor built into the motor windings provides overload protection. The MDD071C-N-030-R2L-095GA0 motor has a plain shaft that is suited to non-positive hub-shaft connections. Shafts with keyway can be ordered if required.
