Product Description
Bosch Rexroth manufactures highly capable motion control systems that satisfy the automation requirements in modern industries.
The MDD071C-N-030-N2S-095PR1 is an AC servo motor designed for high torque output. The motor has compact dimensions and can generate a 6.6 Nm torque during standstill mode. This model is compatible with absolute and relative encoders. For measuring speed and position, this model comes with an optical system. An in-built temperature sensor has been provided with the servo motor. It constantly monitors the temperature of the motor windings and prevents against overtemperature fault. A digital servo feedback (DSF) system has been provided for the relative measurement of performance parameters. When using the DSF system, there is no need to use separate incremental encoders with the motor. This model has been designed to serve for long life. It has a brushless design that extends the motor’s life by reducing mechanical wear and decreasing maintenance requirements.
The MDD071C-N-030-N2S-095PR1 has a speed of 3000 rpm. It has remarkable dynamic capabilities and is widely used in the metal machining industries, woodworking industries, printing industries, and textile industries. A brushed motor design has been replaced with an electronic commutation in this model. The use of electronic commutation has many advantages including high start-stop capabilities at elevated frequencies. This enables the use of the servo motor with punching machines, roller feeds, nibbling machines, and tool replacements machines. The motor’s outer enclosure protects the inner components against high voltage exposure, water jet incursion, and damage by harmful objects. The enclosure has been designed in accordance with the DIN 40050 directives. Despite its highly compact dimensions, the motor is always able to maintain a high torque to volume ratio. This product is available from Wake Industrial with a one-year warranty period.
