Product Description
The MDD071B-N-040-N2T-095PB1 digital AC servomotor offered by Bosch Rexroth is used for cutting in highspeed ranges. This servomotor is largely used in roller feeds. The product portrays low inertia because of the choice of materials used to design its permanent magnets. This device is associated with a brushless design. The unit has a 071 size code. It uses a temperature sensor in its windings to monitor its temperature. The motor must use the manufacturer’s cables for its connection as far as possible. This product supports a maximum installation elevation of 1000m over sea level. The device offers protection against contact to its parts with high voltage by means of its covers and housing.
This motor comprises a RAL 9005 coat for its housing. The unit can function in a stationary manner under weatherproofed conditions as per Class 3M1 for its longitudinal axis and EN 60721-3-3 specifications. Its shock-damped mounting possibility depends on the machine in which its installation is done. The motor housing coat must not be subject to frequent cleaning with steam. This product is attributed to a standard side B shaft end. The device has continuous torque of 4.4Nm at a standstill when it is cooled by natural convection. This unit mounting is done either horizontally or vertically as per DIN IEC 34-7 specifications.
The motor has a multi-axial stress state at the shaft-hub connection point. Its radial and axial forces must never exceed the maximum limit. This product has to be disconnected from the power supply during cleaning or maintenance work. The device should be made to run at approximately 100rpm speed as a part of the reseating process. This unit features the output direction of the power connector to the B side. Its drive controller triggers an error message when there is a motor shutdown due to thermal reasons. This servomotor with backup support for one year is dispatched in durable packaging.
