The MDD071B-N-040-N2S-095PB1 is a digital AC servo motor manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to operate with intelligent drive controllers and create a cost-effective and rapid response automatization system especially well suited for use in textile, printing, packaging and paper processing machines. This industrial motor assures a high contouring accuracy at high feed rates un, particularly when used for cutting in high-speed ranges. The housing of the MDD071B-N-040-N2S-095PB1 industrial motor provides protection according to the IP65 protection class. This housing is also covered by a prime black coating that protects the motor from rapid deterioration by preventing direct contact between the housing and corrosive liquid substances such as dilute acids, dilute alkali, seawater, sewage and mineral oil. An additional layer of coating can be added to the already existing layer; however, the thickness of the new layer must not exceed 40 micrometres.
