Part of the MAF series of liquid-cooled Asynchronous Servo motors, the MAF160C-0100-FQ-S2-HH0-05-H1 is a 1000 rpm servo motor that offers a rated rotational torque of 325 Nm while drawing a current of 91.2 Amperes and a power rating of 34 kW. This AC servo motor features water cooling as a cooling method and has an inlet of 0.5 inches in diameter. The liquid cooling inlet temperature rating should be between 10 to 40 degrees Celsius for the cooling process to be effective.

The liquid cooling helps dissipate 4.5 kW of heat and should have a flow rate of 6.5 liters per minute to be effective. This motor is designed to operate in an environment with an ambient temperature between 0 degrees Celsius and 40 degrees Celsius and should be installed at a height of 1000 meters maximum above sea level for optimum performance. When not operational, the motor can be stored in an environment with an ambient temperature between -10 to 80 degrees Celsius, although it is recommended to empty any cooling liquids before storing the motor to prevent the cooling tube from degrading over time.

To help position the shaft of the motor accurately, the MAF160C-0100-FQ-S2-HH0-05-H1 features an S2 configuration of a single-turn absolute encoder. This absolute encoder comes with a step resolution of 2048 steps and utilizes the EnDat 2.1 digital communication mode for communicating with the motor controller module, transferring data packets back and forth for information exchange. This digital communication protocol also utilizes the CRC error check method for error controlling and error detection further enhancing the overall accuracy of this AC servo motor, making it perfect and reliable for industrial applications.
