Product Description
Built for rigorous continuous-duty cycles, this MAF130D-0250-FQ-S2-DG0-35-V3 asynchronous motor combines powerful performance with rugged construction. Rated for 2500 RPM, it provides a sustained 180 Nm of torque at its operating point. When short-term overload capacity is needed, an impressive 375 Nm of maximum torque can be generated.
At 39.2 kW rated power output, the motor efficiently drives sizeable machinery for production tasks. In urgent situations, its peak power climbs to 62.5 kW, enabling rapid acceleration of heavier connections. An insulation rating of 155 degrees C F allows prolonged operation in hot areas near heated equipment. Cooling is by way of an integrated axial blower, which quietly circulates air through internal ducting. This efficient method removes heat from copper windings and magnet material without external fan cabinets. Insulated end shields and strong insulation protect critical components.
For precise motion regulation and positioning, the motor includes an absolute multi-turn encoder. It outputs a 1Vss sine/cosine wave signal at 2048 incremental steps, providing sub-degree accuracy in reading rotational position during motion. Feedback enables smooth servo drives with low-ripple operation. The solid steel motor body withstands numerous start-stop cycles in plant environments. A two-sensor design constantly monitors winding temperatures to prevent overheating issues affecting service life. An IP55 rating further fortifies the enclosure against common liquid and debris hazards on the floor. During cycling between zero speed and full load, quick uncompromised starts are powered by the motor's large starting torque reserves. Transient torque allows starting inertia and mechanical friction to be constantly overcome without stalling or slipping.
