Product Description
The MAF130D-0250-FQ-M0-FH0-35-V1 is a liquid-cooled AC Asynchrous servo motor with a liquid flow rate of 4.8 liters per minute. This liquid cooling motor can use water as liquid coolant along with a bunch of other coolant options approved by the manufacturer Rexroth Bosch Electric. This motor can dissipate up to 40 kW of power and hence with the help of liquid cooling. The liquid cooling is the primary reason why this motor has such a low thermal time constant.
Since this motor has a high-speed rating of up to 7500 rpm, the motor is bound to cause vibration, and to mitigate this issue, the MAF130D-0250-FQ-M0-FH0-35-V1 features both foot-type mountings which allow the motor to be mounted on a flat stable surface as well as flange mounting which allows this motor to be mounted from its circular diameter right on to the product which requires its torque transmission to operate its mechanisms such as gearboxes. It is recommended to lubricate the bearings after every 20000 cycles of use or replace them after every 30000 cycles for optimum performance.
The motor features an absolute multiturn encoder with a resolution of up to 512 increments for accurate shaft rotation. This encoder is capable of calculating the shaft position relative to the last known position and how many steps are needed in order to move the shaft to a position as well as the number of turns it needs to move to a certain position. The encoder requires 12 volts DC to operate and relies on 5 volts of square wave signal pulses to calculate ht number of increments per rotation to reach the requested position or angle.
