Product Description
The MAF130D-0250-FQ-C0-HH0-05-N1 is a Rexroth Asynchronous AC servo motor. This servo motor has an induction motor design which allows the motor to run on the principle of electromagnetic induction. The stationary part of the motor, also known as the stator, features 3 poles (also known as coils) which, when connected to the supply, allow current to pass through them and produce magnetic fields. These magnetic fields then cause the rotor of the motor to rotate at very high speeds.
This particular motor can be used for applications such as drilling, spindle operation, power gearboxes of packaging machines, and robotics. The motor has a speed of 2500 rotations per minute which is great for high-speed drilling or CNC routing. It is also ideal for high torque applications, as it can provide up to 400+ Nm of torque. While at a rated speed of 2500 rpm, it can provide a torque of 190 Nm. The motor features N-type bearings which allow this motor to attain a maximum speed of 7500 rotations per minute.
To move the shaft accurately, the MAF130D-0250-FQ-C0-HH0-05-N1 features an incremental encoder with 2048 increments. These encoders count the number of increments needed to move to a particular position or angle. These types of encoders do not rely on the last known position and always need a homing point before moving to the requested position. The encoders come with memory installed for remembering their last known position and data logging purposes. These encoders use 5 volts square wave signals for sending signals to the controller and for error debugging and error detection during communication between the two devices.
