Manufactured by Rexroth part of Bosch Electric, the MAF130D-0250-FQ-C0-DH0-05-H1 is an Asynchronous Induction AC servo motor with a rotation speed of 2500 rpm. This servo motor is a mix of both speed and power as it is capable of producing a torque of 190 Nm when operating in nominal conditions and can provide a still rotation torque of 200 Nm. At a maximum speed of 10000 rpm, this servo motor can produce a torque of 432 Nm which is enough for high rotation torque applications such as operating high torque gear ratio gearboxes.
This motor requires 240 volts AC to 480 Volts AC to operate at a 3-phase configuration with an input frequency of 50 to 60 Hz. It has a power rating of 49.7 kW and a current rating of 113 Amperes which may increase to 113.6 Amperes at standstill mode. The motor has a 3 pole design which allows it to regulate the speed of the motor shaft by varying the input voltage frequency. The liquid cooling on this motor is capable of dissipating up to 3.3 kW of heat; this may vary with the type of coolant being used. To keep the motor protected against dangerous industrial environments, the MAF130D-0250-FQ-C0-DH0-05-H1 has an Ingress Protection rating of IP 65 which provides a level 6 protection against dust allowing the motor to be dust-tight and also provides a level 5 water protection against low-pressure water jets. This motor is designed to be installed on a foot mounting and should always be mounted at a maximum altitude of 1000 meters above sea level.
