Part of the MAF series of liquid-cooled Asynchronous servo motors, the MAF130D-0200-FQ-S2-HP0-35-N1 is a 2000 rpm motor that has a torque rating of 200 Nm under nominal conditions. This motor has a power rating of 41.9 kW and a current rating of up to 93.9 Amperes when operating under nominal load. The motor is capable of providing 210 Nm of torque when in standstill condition, this mode prevents the shaft from rotating and is fixed in position. The locked rotor or standstill mode is essential for applications such as robotics where the links of a motor need to be steady and in a fixed position. In locked rotor mode condition, the MAF130D-0200-FQ-S2-HP0-35-N1 consumes around 97.5 Amperes of current.
This motor also has a quiet and efficient design as it can provide a torque of 2.51 Nm for every ampere of current and has a noise level rating of 70 dB when standing next to it for up to 1 meter distance. This motor, being liquid cooled, helps it cool down much faster as its thermal time constant is around 15 minutes, allowing it to cool down at an instant. The liquid cooling inlet has a connection connector size of 0.25 inches.
This motor has a robust design and is made from an anodized aluminum block which makes it heavy-duty and weighs approximately 145 kg.
