Product Description
The MAF130D-0200-FQ-S2-HH0-35-H3 is a 130 mm round Asynchronous AC servo motor that provides a special option for liquid cooling. This motor from Rexroth has 3 poles that are 120 degrees out of phase and generate magnetic fields to rotate the rotor for it to spin. The motor has a speed rating of 2000 rpm which can be regulated with the help of the poles by exciting them with voltages of varying frequencies.
The main highlight of this motor design is its liquid cooling. The default coolant used for this motor is water hence the specifications are according to that. The liquid cooling can help with dissipating heat of up to 3.3 kW and should have an inlet temperature between 10 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius. The permissible temperature difference for the liquid cooling is up to 10 kelvins. The decompressing pressure without fast coupling is 0.7 bars while with fast coupling it is 1.4 bars. The required coolant flow is approximately 4.8 liters per minute while the maximum system pressure should be at 3 bars.
Talking about the accuracy of this motor, the MAF130D-0200-FQ-S2-HH0-35-H3 features a single-turn absolute encoder that has a resolution of 2048 increments. This allows the motor to rotate its shaft in small steps at a time which helps increase the accuracy of the motor shaft positioning. These encoders use 5-volt square wave pulse signals to count the number of increments. The encoder consumes approximately 30 mA of current and is also capable of counting counter-clockwise with the help of inverted square wave signals with negative amplitudes. These signals have a duty cycle of 50% meaning it's in the high state for 50% of a complete cycle.
