The MAF130D-0200-FQ-S2-HH0-35-H1 is a liquid-cooled asynchronous AC servo motor designed for applications that may cause high heat dissipation and continuous operation such as drilling. With a torque of 200 Nm, this motor is perfect for applications that require high torque rotations such as robotics where such motors are needed to operate the gearbox drives to further produce high torques as moving robotic links requires a lot of rotation force which the MAF130D-0200-FQ-S2-HH0-35-H1 is well capable of providing.
This motor has a power rating of 41.9 kW and the liquid cooling helps to dissipate approximately 3.3 kW of heat but this may vary with the type of cooling liquid being used. The specifications of the liquid cooling are according to liquid water, however, users are free to use a compatible cooling liquid of their choice based on their applications and heat dissipation that needs to be limited. The cooling agent at the inlet should have a temperature between 10 to 40 degrees Celsius as greater than this can cause the motor to overheat or any lower than 10 may cause moisture to build up inside the motor causing the internals to corrode.
This motor is designed to operate at an ambient temperature between 0 to 40 degrees Celsius and has an Insulation class of F which helps this motor to protect it from fires of up to 170 degrees Celsius. This motor comes with a plain shaft that is free from half cuts or ridges and provides a smooth connection to couplers and gears for high-speed rotation. The shaft sealing on this motor is not available however, the motor is IP 65 rated to provide protection against dust and water jets.
