This product belongs to the liquid cooled asynchronous servo motor from the MAF series, Bosch Rexroth MAF130D-0200-FQ-S2-BH0-35-N3 - aimed at solving demanding industrial applications with a strong torque and accurate speed control. It delivers rated torque of 200 Nm at the rated speed of 2000 RPM and power of 41.9 kW at rated current of 93.9 A. However, in order to provide instant high output torque, the motor unit can also provide maximum torque of 461.4 Nm and maximum power output of 85.9 kW, in conjunction with high performance jobs, hence, this will require a maximum current of 190.9 A.
With F or H type of starter, the motor has two operational speed ranges: with bearing A it reaches maximum speed of 7500 RPM; while with bearing H it may reach up to 10000 RPM. Running speed below 1500 RPM on this motor standard works piece is ineffective in many operations due to low reliability. These motors belong to the MAF series, are flooded type and thus require external cooling system (not included). Coolant port option FQ of this model leads to the threaded coolant ports available on the motor. Quick coupling ports (option FR ) may be optional for the motor however this coupling will have to be fitted before commencing operations.
Electrical connections for frame sizes 100 to 160 can be made via either a flange socket or a terminal box, while larger motors (frame sizes 180 to 225) are connected exclusively via terminal boxes.
