Product Description
The MAF series AC motor manufactured variant MAF130D-0150-FQ-M2-AH1-35-N1 boasts a rated speed of 1500 rpm. The maximum permissible shock stress of all Indramat motors from frame 100 to 225 is 10 m/s2 on axial and 150 m/s2 on radial loads in the duration of 11 ms. The power wire cross-section of the MAD160B-0150-SA-S2-AQ0-35-N1 is 25 mm2, and power is connected at side A. This variant of the motor comes with electrically released holding brakes. With the integration of holding brakes, the overall weight of the machine becomes 155 kg, and the moment of inertia increases to 0.153 kgm2. The maximum permissible braking energy is 30,000 Ws with torque of 80 Nm. The rated current of the holding brake is 1.6 amperes. The connection voltage of the holding brake is 24V DC. The mounting style is flange and foot type, and the motor comes with a M2 multi-turn absolute encoder.
The housing painting of the motors consists of a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating and it has limited restriction against hydraulic fluids and organic solvants. However, it offer no resistance against concentrated acids, and alkaline chemicals. M2 encoder is based on 1Vss sine/cosine signals with 2048 lines per rotation. The M2 encoder characteristics is somewhat similar with M6 in terms of absolute and relative accuracy. This machine has absolute period assignment within 4096 shaft rotation. The absolute accuracy is 0.0056o ~ 20 and the relative accuracy is 0.0005'. The motor is balanced with the entire key and it is suggested to avoid reversing the key as it may lead to damaging the key or breakage of shaft.
