Product Description
The MAF130C-0200-FQ-S2-BH0-35-N3 provides accurate driving and loading characteristics at a wide speed range. Belonging to the MAF motor series, this motor model takes advantage of its external cooling system that efficiently lowers the motor temperature both during and after operation. The cooling system integrated into the MAF130C-0200-FQ-S2-BH0-35-N3 uses a ¼” coolant thread. Operating this machine at nameplate conditions, the output shaft rotates at a speed of 2000 rpm to deliver 28.3 kW of true power. At this power, the corresponding rated torque of the MAF130C-0200-FQ-S2-BH0-35-N3 is 135 Nm. AC motors achieve the nameplate speed when operated at the nominal voltage and frequency. Depending on the location, some countries use 60 Hz or 50 Hz as the standard.
Since the MAF130C-0200-FQ-S2-BH0-35-N3 has a standard mechanical bearing, the maximum speed achievable is 7500 rpm. During operation, it is inevitable to experience motor vibrations. Based on Indramat’s documentation, this motor model has a level 3 vibration severity grade. Having this vibration severity level translates to a vibration speed of 0.7 mm/s at nominal speed and 1.77 mm/s at maximum speed. Considering these values, the MAF130C-0200-FQ-S2-BH0-35-N3 has a low vibration profile for its size and output characteristics. Further information about the vibration severity grades and behavior of motors may be found in Rexroth’s project planning manual.
Aside from its nameplate ratings and vibration profile, the MAF130C-0200-FQ-S2-BH0-35-N3 features an electrical connection on side B and a shaft type of H. Although it does not have a blocking brake, this motor model has an advanced S2 encoder that has several advantages for servo applications. Owing to its B35 construction, the MAF130C-0200-FQ-S2-BH0-35-N3 supports both foot and flange mounting methods. Compared with B05 motors, B35 motors support more mounting options at different orientations.
