Product Description
Rexroth Bosch manufactures the servo motor MAF130C-0200-FQ-S2-AH0-05-A1. This module comes with a single-turn absolute encoder with an S2 configuration and an EnDat 2.1 interface. For accurate control and positioning in motion applications, this encoder offers high-resolution feedback (2048 periods per rotation). There is no need for reference upon restart since the absolute encoder makes sure that location information is kept even in the event of a power outage. Simplifying integration and setup, the EnDat 2.1 interface allows for smooth communication with compatible drive controllers. The output shaft of the motor is an AH0, a simple shaft devoid of a sealing ring or keyway.
While the lack of a sealing ring makes maintenance easier in situations where contamination exposure is not a problem, the absence of a keyway lowers the possibility of misalignment during installation. In order to provide effective torque transfer and reduce vibration, the motor's flange mounting type offers a strong and stable connection to the driven load. Applications involving belt drives, couplings, or other loads that create radial forces on the motor shaft are appropriate for the fixed bearing on the A-side because of its ability to withstand high circumferential radial forces. In harsh working circumstances, the motor's lifetime and dependability are improved by this bearing arrangement. Its liquid cooling system has a 1/4" connecting thread and effective heat dissipation.
Even with high loads, the cooling system is designed to dissipate a 2.30 kW power loss, guaranteeing ideal operating temperatures. The motor's torque and speed characteristics are influenced by its three pole pairs. The motor's overall electrical safety is enhanced by its capability to withstand electrical discharges, as shown by its 16.8 nF discharge capacity. The motor's windings are protected from overheating even in harsh situations thanks to the insulation class of 155 °C. The mass of this device is 106.0 kg. Our warranty is valid for a whole year.
