Product Description
The MAF130C-0200-FQ-M0-AH0-05-N1/S032 from Rexroth is part of their IndraDyn A series of asynchronous motors that use liquid for cooling its internals. The motor is by default designed to use water for liquid cooling; however, it may be used in combination with other coolants such as alcohol-diluted liquid, which helps prevent freezing and oxidation inside the motor. This motor is designed to be either used as a spindle motor or as a servo motor depending on the application.
The MAF130C-0200-FQ-M0-AH0-05-N1/S032 has a winding of 0200 with a torque rating of 135 Nm which is excellent for applications that require high torque ratings such as robotics, where a load is either moved around with the help of the links connected to a servo motor or moving of the end effector precisely without jittering caused due to low torque. The motor consumes around 69.8 Amperes of current under normal conditions. It has an overall power rating of 28.3 kW and can provide a torque of 143 kW with locked rotor conditions to prevent the motor shaft from moving providing a stable positioned output.
The motor has a nominal speed rating of 2000 rotations per minute however, it may reach up to 7500 rotations per minute when using standard-type bearings or may even be increased to 10000 rotations per minute when using the H configuration high-speed bearings. The higher the output speed of the motor, the more frequently would be the need for servicing and replacing the bearings to keep the motor up to the mark so that it performs well and can prolong its life by reducing wear and tear. To mount the motor securely, the MAF130C-0200-FQ-M0-AH0-05-N1/S032 features flange mounting option.
