Product Description
The MAF130C-0100-FQ-S0-AQ0-05-N1/S038 by Rexroth Bosch is an innovative variant of the MAF series. Around the rotor, an alternating flux is produced by the induced current. The synchronous speed is never reached while the rotor's flux tries to catch up to the stator's flux, which is revolving in the same direction. The rotor may rotate with little resistance at the center of the stator winding because the bearings support the end shields and crankshaft. These induction motors' simple layout, reasonable cost, low maintenance requirements, and great dependability make them popular in commercial, residential and industrial operations.
The MAF130C-0100-FQ-S0-AQ0-05-N1/S038 is a flange-mounted (05) motor. This mounting design makes installation easier and enables fast, safe attachment to machinery or equipment. During setup, this saves a lot of time and resources. This alternating current asynchronous motor is equipped with a cooling liquid circuit that travels the full length of the rotor and stator, successively passing into the stator and the rotor shaft, to ensure effective cooling and an adequate temperature equilibrium between the two components. A pump is integrated into the rotor shaft. A stationary axial tube is used to inject the liquid into the pump; the tube exits the pump between the tube and the shaft. The surrounding ambient air cools the liquid around the stator.
Single-turn encoder counts the number of measurement steps that are divided into a mechanical revolution. After a single revolution, the measurements are repeated. The S0 encoder produces 512 increments over each turn. Standard bearings sustain the forces and weight produced during rotation and reduce excessive stress on motor parts. This MAF series motor lacks foot mounting and holding brake.
