Product Description
The liquid-cooled motors in the MAF series by Bosch Rexroth are high-performing asynchronous motors that deliver maximum torque in a compact design. They include the MAF130B-0200-FQ-S2-AG0-05-A1, a size 130 motor with a frame length of B. This motor type is suited for use as main and servo drives in rotary drive tasks with high torque demands. The motor design incorporates a liquid cooling system that ensures the motor can withstand heavy-duty applications with extreme loads. The motor design also ensures that it is safe for use in different environments even in poor conditions since it is IP 65 protected against solid and liquid contaminants. The motor is protected against overload damage and comes with two fixed temperature sensors integrated into its windings.
This motor comes equipped with a single-turn absolute encoder with EnDat2.1 interface , ensuring efficient motor feedback on the rotor position and speed. In case of voltage failure, the encoder has a data memory that retains all the relevant motor parameters. The motor has electrical connectors located on Side A where power and encoder cables can be connected. For ease of installation, the motor is fitted for flange mounting. Its output shaft is a plain shaft suited for a backlash-free shaft-hub connection with very quiet running. This model does not come with a holding brake.
The MAF130B-0200-FQ-S2-AG0-05-A1 is rated for a torque of 100 Nm and a nominal speed of 2000 min-1. This motor is equipped with A-side fixed bearing suitable for absorbing high circumferential radial forces. The motor can accommodate a maximum torque of 220.0 Nm and maximum speeds of up to 7,500 min-1. The motor has a mass of 82 kg and is rated for a current of 52.7 A.
