Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is the manufacturer of the MAF100D-0250-FQ-S2-AP0-35-N1 AC servo motor. Effective heat dissipation during operation requires a minimum coolant flow rate of 2.8 liters per minute (l/min). This keeps the motor functioning at a safe temperature, avoiding damage and guaranteeing durability. There are 0.11 liters of internal ducts in the motor where the coolant is circulated. The motor is 64.0 kg in weight and has a sturdy build. Because of its 35-shaped frame, there are several installation choices available, such as flange and foot mounting, to suit different machine setups.
The motor may be used in a variety of applications since it has standard bearings (N1), which are designed to withstand low to medium radial and axial stresses. In order to maintain the integrity of the cooling system and avoid leaks or damage, the maximum permitted input pressure for the coolant is 6.0 bar. The sound pressure level of the servo motor is 70 dB(A), with a possible variation of +3 dB(A). Its discharge capacity of 9.2 nanofarads (nF) is a measure of the capacitance between the motor housing and its short-circuited power connections.
Three pole pairs are used in the motor's operation, which affects its synchronous speed. It has a 19.63 kW rated power, which is a significant output. The current taken during normal operation at the specified speed of 2500 revolutions per minute (rpm) is indicated by the rated current of 45.8 amperes (A). Before reaching its rated speed, the torque of the servo motor starts to decline around 2000 rpm, which is known as its key speed (n1). It has a short peak performance window of 177.5 Nm of maximum torque and 40.24 kW of maximum power, with a maximum current draw of 100.4 A (Imax). We provide a warranty for a year.
