Product Description
Rexroth’s MAF motors are ideal for applications requiring a stable temperature profile of the motor during operation. Fundamentally, the MAF motors use an external liquid-type system to cool the motor and achieve steady-state temperature rapidly. In terms of construction and design, the MAF motors share a lot of similarities with the MAD motor series. The distinct quality of the MAF motors that separates them from the MAD series is their external liquid cooling system. The MAF100D-0150-FQ-S2-AG1-05-N1 is a subproduct of the MAF motor series, containing a set of distinct qualities and specifications.
When allowed to operate normally, the MAF100D-0150-FQ-S2-AG1-05-N1 reaches a speed of 1500 rpm. During this nominal operation, the motor delivers 12.4 kW of true power while drawing a current of 32.7 amperes. During rated conditions, the torque output is around 79 Nm. Operating the motor at higher speeds will deliver higher output power and current but will reduce the output torque of the motor if all other parameters remain constant. Based on Rexroth’s manual for MAF motors, the MAF100D-0150-FQ-S2-AG1-05-N1's maximum current and power are 68.7 A and 25.42 kW, respectively. As the motor operates at lower speeds, the torque approaches its optimal value. As stated in Rexroth’s Manual, the peak torque of the MAF100D-0150-FQ-S2-AG1-05-N1 is 185.3 Nm. Because of the wide torque range of the MAF100D-0150-FQ-S2-AG1-05-N1, it excels at driving high demands while maintaining a stable operating temperature all throughout.
In terms of its exterior, the MAF100D-0150-FQ-S2-AG1-05-N1 has a body frame length of 532 mm. The net mass of this motor model, exclusive of the blocking brake, is 64 kilograms (about 141.1 pounds). The MAF100D-0150-FQ-S2-AG1-05-N1 has an electrically-released blocking brake that holds a maximum torque of 24 Nm.
