Product Description
Bosch Rexroth group designed the MAF100C-0150-FQ-S2-AH0-05-A1 asynchronous motor. These motors are also referred to as induction motors because they produce rotary motion by utilizing the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction. These MAF asynchronous motors are well known for their durability, dependability, and ability to run under a variety of load circumstances. They start their operation using an external starter, like an inverter. Liquid-cooled motors offer a dependable and effective solution for applications requiring both reliability and power because of their excellent cooling capabilities.
The MAF100C-0150-FQ-S2-AH0-05-A1 is a product of MAF series and has 0150 winding, electrical connectors, shaft, feedback system, flange mounting and bearings. The fixed bearings are made up of ball bearings with deep grooves and are positioned on side A, unlike other bearing styles. This bearing is especially useful when other attachment parts need to be coupled to the shaft of the motor or when it is necessary to anticipate radial circumferential forces during operation. The shafts of this MAF motor act as rotary shafts and connect a motor or other power source directly to a machine's mechanical element.
The motor does not have a holding brake because it is neither a safety function nor a service brake. Protective plugs are fitted on the motor's connection threads. To keep dirt out of the cooling system, these protective plugs must only be taken out right away before tightening the quick coupling or coolant lines. To make sure the coolant stays clear and uncontaminated, test its quality frequently. Any Coolant contamination can harm system components and reduce cooling effectiveness. The motor-side cooling ports include an axial seal for easy connection or a quick coupling method can also be used.
