The MAF100B-0200-FQ-C0-AL0-05-N1 product is a part of the MAF program by Bosch Rexroth, a well-known manufacturer, and supplier of industrial automation-related devices such as asynchronous motors, AC digital servo motors, and a wide range of drive controllers. The output shaft is designed to be balanced with a half key and comes without the sealing ring. This model is rated for an IP65 degree of protection and marks safe for use in dusty and moist environments. It’s perfectly sealed housing prevents the ingress of solids or liquids.

The MAF asynchronous motor by Rexroth Indramat comes with state-of-the-art specifications to meet the never-ending requirements of the manufacturing and machining industry. The MAF motor is equipped with the new incremental encoder providing a 2048 incremental steps monitoring and control over the output shaft. The motor is cooled by the circulating liquid as denoted by the alphabet ‘FQ’ in the type code. This type of code is mentioned on the nameplate attached to the motor for easy identification. At the A side of the motor, electrical connectors are available which saves time and hassle of installing one during commissioning. The motor must be configured before the operation. Only a trained professional or commissioning engineer may be awarded the job. 

This Indramat asynchronous motor comes without the holding brakes. It is designed for flange-type mounting and requires four standard bolts for fastening. Ensure the recommended tightening torque is applied to the bolts. It can be installed at a maximum height of 1000 MSL and provides maximum data output when operated in an ambient temperature range of 0 and +40 degree Celsius. This model uses a standard bearing that promises a hassle-free service life and smooth performance. This MAF motor may not be attached to the system experiencing severe and continuous vibrations.
