The 225 series of servo motors are particularly designed for heavy-duty tasks and they weigh a lot approximately 610 kg owing to their heavy-duty design. This servo motor comes with 2 pole pairs and features a less complex design with easy wiring options. To generate the required electromagnetic field, the poles or the winding draw a rated current of 174 Amperes, while at standstill mode the current draw is 376.3 Amperes producing a standstill torque of 660 Nm. Since this is a high speed servo motor, the MAD225C-0150-SA-S2-SH0-35-N1 at a high speed of 7500 rotations per minute is capable of generating up to 1450 Nm of rotational torque. The motor comes with a single turn absolute encoder with a high resolution of 2048 steps for one single rotation of the shaft allowing the encoder to provide precision and accuracy to the motor output.
