Product Description
Industrial applications require the use of high-performance AC servo motors such as the Rexroth MAD160C-0200-SA-C0-KH0-35-N1 with high power and high accuracy amenities. It delivers 44 kW of power output along with 210 Nm of rated torque at a rated speed of 2000 rpm. With a rated current of 93.9 A and a permanent torque at stand still of 225 Nm, the motor is cut out for heavy-duty jobs. While standing still, the motor handles a constant current of 100 A which ensures reliable performance with heavy loads This motor provides efficient power conversion and stable operation with maximum torque of 494 Nm and torque constant of 2.63 Nm/A 20C. The motor configuration contains a total length of 100mm three pole pairs so that optimum performance can be achieved on multiple uses.
The governing rule applies to the brake wires during the connection if the motor has the brake option on. Per the characterization of the motor, the cable motor is connected to the PTC resistor connections (either pair 3-4 or 5-6) however at any one time only one pair will be functional. And because of cut-in environmental protection from the motor being an important thing to do it would require that the motor cover gasket remains.
As it is not essential for the operation of the motor, any wires which do not appear on the switching diagram should not be connected up in whichever way or protected. A fuse or fuses (F1) are commonly of NH type of fuses which are used to protect the wires in case of a breakdown or overheating. These fuses can be inserted no more than a drive device as possible to enhance the device protection.
