Product Description
Induction motors, or asynchronous motors, are the most commonly used motors. These are manufactured by Rexroth Bosch. These motors function electromagnetically, so the rotor does not get its power directly but is influenced by the stator's magnetic field. Asynchronous motors are robust, reliable, and easy to maintain, making them ideal for industrial applications. These motors operate with a phase difference between the rotating magnetic field of the stator and the actual movement of a rotor. This lag is known as "slip". It enables the rotor to produce torque. Slipping is an important mechanism in electric motors because it enables the rotor to generate torque by lagging.
Asynchronous motors including MAD160C-0200-SA-C0-AK1-05-N1 are easy to maintain because they do not have to use brushes or slip rings, thus making the motors easier to maintain than synchronous motors. The A-side electrical connection is an important feature of this motor. The connection is done on the motor's A side making it easy to install and ease the process of maintenance. It also helps efficient cable management and allows them to avoid exposure to other components or conditions such as extreme temperatures.
The flange mounting is used to fix the motor by placing bolts onto the flange where accurate positioning is required. This mounting is used to be fixed in machinery where there is little space to mount them. Flange-mounted motors provide high stability to the system. There is less vibration which makes the motor more efficient as well as durable. Asynchronous motors have wide applications in engineering due to their efficiency, robust design and constant speed characteristics. These motors are used in industries where the operation is dependent on the efficiency and the longer life of the motor.
