Product Description
The MAD160C-0150-SA-S0-AG0-35-N1 is a type of asynchronous motor made by Bosch Rexroth designed to provide precise control over position and velocity using alternating current.. As a result of heat build-up during operation the motor incorporates a forced cooling system. This system we have a blower which has to be placed at the rear side of the motor to ensure an adequate flow of fresh air for cooling of the mini system to prevent ochre and all other bad effects on the interiors. The blower is a 3-phase type that needs three different power sources in order to operate. The power input voltage ranges from 400V with a tolerance of 15% and 480V with tolerance of 10% and its recommended operating frequency is 50/60 Hz. The mean flow rate of this blower is 520 m^3/h.
Motor blower power that depends on the input voltage and operation conditions is between 146W to 217W for current of 0.21 - 0.28A for possible risk of heat generated by electricity power that may damage the blower. The tolerance in the current for the axial blower is to an allowance of 20% of the set current value, it implies that for the motor current it can vary between +/- 20% from the set values without causing any damage to the motor. This tolerance in power consumption and current deviation makes the motor suitable for many applications in power systems.
What is more, the power consumption of the blower is reasonable since it enables the delivery of airflow rate of 520 m^3/h thus preventing the motor from overheating or being damaged. This high airflow rate also means excellent performance is achieved in various applications including industrial ones. Additionally, the mentioned motor's connectors are designed on the A-side (front side) allowing easy cable and connector layout during car assembling and easy access to cable connectors in cases of failures and simplifying maintenance and repair tasks.
