This advanced induction motor rotates at a speed of 1000 rpm and key speed of 500 rpm. It features an ideal duty cycle time of 10 minutes. For integration with machinery the mounting style is flange & foot mounting. It has a plain shaft & without a shaft sealing ring. The bearings are standard. This model generates a vibration severity grade of 'R.' The material of the housing is CuZn39Pb2 with black primer paint on the outside with insulation grade 'F'. The motor ensures an IP 65 rating.
The MAD is a highly configurable series of servo motor designed & manufactured by Bosch group; these are surface ventilated by a solidly connected separate fan unit, the separate unit in this case is an axial fan blowing which consumes 132-175 VA. This series of motors feature high torque asynchronous box motors with squirrel cage rotors. The standout feature of this line up is its high power to weight ratio making it a perfect fit in tight spaces. The MAD160C-0100-SA-M0-AH0-35-N1>> with a mass of 238 kgs & moment of inertia 0.311 kgm2. produces a rated Torque of 225 Nm maxing out at 527 Nm. The rated current is 52.9 A & the maximum current is 112.3 A. The continuous torque at standstill & continuous current at standstill 240 Nm & 55.7 A respectively.
Motor feedback system is essential to ensure accurate positioning, this model includes a multi absolute encoder enDat 2.1 with 512 increments. This motor can optionally be equipped with electrically released or electrically clamped holding brake. The sound pressure due to operation is 70(+3) db. MAD160C series offers many accessories like a labyrinth seal to protect shaft against water damage, sealing air connection to increase IP rating, thread reducers, fan cowls, gearboxes etc. It comes couples with a 1-year warranty.
