Product Description
The high-performance IndraDyn A series motors are produced by Rexroth Bosch. The MAD160B-0150-SA-S2-BH0-35-H1 model is a robust motor intended for usage in the industrial sector. It has a size of 160 and a B-length design. To enhance the cooling of this MAD motor, Rexroth Bosch incorporates an axial fan in it. The motor has position feedback in the form of the absolute single-turn encoder with an EnDat2.1 interface and 2048 increments. The connection is on the B-side and thus allows easy installation.
This model of Rexroth Bosch motor has the following specifications. At the standstill, its continuous torque is 200 Nm. The MAD motor has a plain shaft, which is not equipped with a sealing ring and is supplied without a holding brake. This model is intended for flange and foot mounting, which enhances the flexibility of its application. This motor is commonly used because it has a vibration severity grade of R=1, which enables the equipment to run smoothly. There is some intrinsic slippage between the magnetic field and the applied current during induction, which causes a rotation difference between the stator and the rotor.
The axial fan cooling system improves reliability even when the equipment is in difficult working conditions. The motors by Rexroth Bosch have a long durability span thus reducing frequent service and maintenance. The design of this MAD160B model can be incorporated easily into other systems through simple integration. The advantage of having high power is that the motor can bear large loads in areas such as manufacturing, lifting of material, and other industrial uses. Therefore, Rexroth Bosch's asynchronous motors offer high reliability, power and precision for many industrial uses.
