Product Description
The MAD160B-0100-SA-S2-BQ0-35-N1 is an asynchronous motor established by Rexroth Bosch. The two most important features of the motor are axial fans and driven shafts balanced with an entire key. The axial fan is a key component in the MAD motor that prevents overheating of the motor during operation. The axial fan is located to blow air along the motor's axis for the purpose of cooling components. It reduces the wearing by managing the heat generated by the MAD motor. It also increases the time the motor runs before it causes damage by excessive heat generation. The fresh air keeps the motor's components cool or at optimum temperatures as required when operating under high power in industries, as the motor is continuously used.
The driven shaft is balanced with the entire key and has a shaft sealing ring. The shaft has a groove in which there is a key, and this key is used to interlock the shaft with the rotating parts. The positioning of the shaft with the key increases the equal distribution of the forces during rotation causing less wear and tear. It reduces friction and increases the life span of both the motor and the attached components utilizing it.
The shaft sealing ring provides additional protection to the internal components from dust, dirt, and moisture therefore increasing the motor's operational life. Thus, an axial fan allows for cooling the motor effectively and at the same time balanced shaft with the entire key and shaft sealing ring prevents the motor from vibrating or making any noise. Such features make the motor appropriate for use in industrial equipment to help them to operate efficiently.
