Product Description
Flexibility is one of the qualities of the MAD asynchronous box motors by Bosch Rexroth, permitting their use in different industrial applications. Primarily, they are designed to be used as rotary main and servo drive motors.
The MAD130D-0250-SA-S2-HH0-05-N1 is a Bosch Rexroth MAD motor with a single-turn absolute encoder. This encoder has the EnDat 2.1 interface and data memory for storing parameters required for its commissioning. It generates sine/cosine signals (1 Vss) with 2,048 periods per revolution and absolute period assignment within one revolution. The MAD motor’s squirrel-cage rotor aids its longevity as it can withstand high mechanical stresses. This rotor is also resistant to damage from external factors such as dust, dirt, and humidity. It has a rotor moment of inertia of 0.1640000 kgm². The motor’s rated speed is 2,500 revolutions per minute, while its maximum speed is 7,500 revolutions per minute. It has 3 pole pairs and a maximum torque of 310.0Nm.
A plain output shaft is present in the MAD130D-0250-SA-S2-HH0-05-N1 to give a non-positive, non-floating shaft-hub connection. The MAD motor uses standard-type bearings with deep groove ball bearings. These durable bearings absorb low to medium radial and axial forces and are well-suited for high applications with high rotational speeds. They have a mechanical service life of 30,000 operating hours. The motor’s cooling system includes a mounted axial fan unit with cooling air currents that travel over its surface, guided by air baffles. To protect it from irreversible damage due to thermal overload, it is fitted with two PTC temperature sensors KTY84-130, which are permanently installed in its winding. Its frame shape supports flange assembly.
