Product Description
Combined with the controllers from the Rexroth IndraDrive series, the IndraDyn A asynchronous motors by Bosch Rexroth offer highly functional drive solutions. They are typically used as rotary main and servo drive motors in metal-forming machines and machine tools.
The MAD130D-0250-SA-S2-AH0-35-H1 is an asynchronous motor in the MAD series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It generates a maximum torque of 310.0Nm and accommodates a maximum current of 123.4A. Built with a nominal speed of 2,500 revolutions per minute, it can attain a maximum speed of 10,000 revolutions per minute. Its bearing is the A-side fixed bearing, suitable for absorbing high circumferential radial forces. This bearing ensures minimal noise generation during the motor’s operation and has a longer service life under the effect of circumferential radial forces. With this bearing type, thermally-induced shaft expansion does not affect the machine's accuracy. It has a service life of 30,000 operating hours.
Heat dissipation from the MAD130D-0250-SA-S2-AH0-35-H1 is via a mounted axial fan generating air currents that travel over the motor’s surface. Air baffles guide these currents over the motor for effective heat transfer facilitated by a temperature gradient. The motor is equipped with an integrated single-turn absolute encoder with the EnDat2.1 interface for high-precision position detection. Its data memory stores relevant motor information to ensure its rapid startup. Like other motors in the MAD series, the Ingress Protection rating of this model is IP 65 as it does not admit solid external materials or multidirectional water jets. This is why the motor can be safely operated even under adverse environmental conditions. Its squirrel-cage rotor has a moment of inertia of 0.1640000 kgm2.
