Product Description
Bosch, a leader in producing high-quality motors, introduces the MAD130D, a member of their latest series of air-cooled asynchronous motors. Unlike the MAC series, which uses liquid cooling, the MAD130D utilizes fan cooling for optimal efficiency and performance. This motor is designed with a compact structure and weighs 165 kg, making it suitable for a variety of industrial applications. It offers rotary drive functionality for both main and servo systems, with a maximum torque of 341 Nm and a power output range from 31.4 kW to 64.4 kW.
The MAD130D operates efficiently up to 1000 meters above sea level and in ambient temperatures ranging from 0 degrees C to 45 degrees C. It is designed for a 10-minute duty cycle and produces a sound pressure level of 70 (+3) dB(A) during operation. To further enhance its versatility, Bosch offers a range of accessories, including a labyrinth seal to protect the shaft from water damage, sealing air connections for improved IP rating, thread reducers, fan cowls, and gearboxes, making the motor ideal for diverse industrial environments.
For machine integration a non-positive, shaft hub connection is suggested as it provides a high degree of quiet running. For elements that need to coupled to give drive to the machine elements a clamping set or some other form clamping elements may be ideal for the same. IndraDyn A motors have terminal box with a terminal strip or terminal blocks for cables. The bearing type is standard with vibration grade 'S'. The motor includes a one-year warranty.
