Product Description
The MAD130D-0200-SA-S2-LH1-35-V1 by Rexroth Bosch is an air-cooled asynchronous motor. As the name implies, this motor's rotor runs asynchronously in response to a rotating magnetic field. Magnets are not used in the development of this motor. Asynchronous motors are the workhorses of the industrial sector because of their dependability and simplicity. These motors operate by electromagnetic induction instead of direct electrical connections. These motors can continue to run as efficiently as possible for much longer if regular maintenance and prompt repairs are performed.
The MAD130D-0200-SA-S2-LH1-35-V1 features a 130 D dimensional frame size and a fan unit. The axial flow fan features an impeller with six to twelve aerofoil section blades that can reach efficiencies of up to 85% and have a non-overloading power feature. Guide vanes are employed to either provide rotation on the leading edge of the fan or to eliminate airflow from the downstream end to attain these high efficiencies. A single-turn encoder is used in this asynchronous motor to determine the precise position of the stator in relation to the rotor during startup for better torque control. It is composed of two discs with offset marks connecting the concentric rings. In this case, one disc moves freely while the other is fixed to the central rotating shaft.
The drive shaft of the motor transfers torque and power from the back of the gearbox to the differential's input shaft. Due to the universal joints on both ends of the driveshaft, the rear axle can travel up and down while still transmitting power. Moreover, the driven shaft has a slip joint to accommodate variations in shaft length caused by up-and-down movements of the rear axle.
