Product Description
Rexroth Indramat Bosch manufactures the MAD130D-0200-SA-S2-BH0-35-H1 model of servo motor. It has an innate asynchronous nature. The brake has a maximum operating speed of 2000 units. The brake weighs 1.6 kilograms. For the axial blower, the voltage for the connection is calculated to be 3 × 400 volts, with a mean deviation of 15% in either direction. The frequency rating is 50/60 Hz. At the higher end, it may even exceed 3 × 480 volts with an ordinary deviation of 15% in either direction and an operating frequency of 50/60 Hz.
The torque evaluation is 45 Nm. The velocity was measured at 2,000 units per hour. The power assessment is 9.4 kW. The current rating is 25.7 amperes (A). The torque produced when the rotor is still is 48 Nm. The derating speed is set at 1500 rpm. The maximum speeds with bearing differ based on the specifications: the standard speed is 7500 nmax rpm, the speed with coupling attachment is 5250 nmax rpm, the reinforced speed is 7500 nmax rpm, and the high-speed option attains 10,000 rpm. The time value for thermal is 50 minutes.
A holding brake that is released electrically is used to keep the axes stationary when the signal for the controller enable (rF) is turned off. When the power supply voltage becomes unavailable or the rF-enable signal is LOW, the electrically-released brake will close on its own (engage). If the brake is applied multiple times while the motor is in motion or if the brake torque goes above the rated limit, it can lead to premature wear of the brake. The electrically-clamping holding brake is not appropriate for servo applications due to its inability to clamp in a decommissioned state.
