Product Description
Rexroth Bosch's MAD130D-0200-SA-S2-AQ0-35-N1 motor has a single-turn absolute encoder with 2048 increments. It enables accurate feedback of position. It measures the angular position of the rotor accurately and produces this information as an output in the form of signals. As a result of having 2048 increments, the encoder can provide accurate measurements that will be used in applications such as robotics or Computer Numerical Control, (CNC) machinery. The benefits obtained through the use of a single-turn encoder are that it is an absolute method of positioning and therefore it will not demand recalibration even when the power is shut off.
Standard bearings are used to support the rotor and the overall rotation of motor components with minimum friction. These bearings are used to support high loads. It helps the motor to run without friction and produces high output with no wear. The benefits of standard bearings include low noise production, enhanced operational energy and long durability of the motor. It is used especially in operating of motor that is continuously used, and helps in a critical function of improving the motor's reliability.
The vibration severity grade helps in monitoring the motor through the fixed low-grade vibration. Sustaining the correct degree of vibration and improved alignment ensures that the motor runs efficiently with minimal disturbance because high vibration would be destructive for the motor over time. Motors with low levels of vibration have longer durations of use as compared to those that have high levels of vibration. Perfection is achieved in motors due to the accuracy of the encoders, quality of bearings used and effective vibration control hence making motors efficient and long-lasting in their industrial uses.
