Product Description
Bosch, renowned for its legacy in producing some of the most reliable motors in the industry, presents the MAD130D, part of their latest series of air-cooled asynchronous motors. Unlike the MAC series, which uses liquid cooling, the MAD130D relies on fan cooling. Designed with performance and efficiency in mind, these motors feature a compact design and weigh 165 kg, making them practical for various applications. They deliver rotary drive capabilities for both main and servo systems, with a maximum torque of 341 Nm and a power output ranging from 31.4 kW to 64.4 kW.
The MAD130D operates optimally up to 1000 meters above sea level and in ambient temperatures between 0 and 45 degrees Celsius. It is designed for a duty cycle of 10 minutes and generates a sound pressure level of 70 (+3) dB(A) during operation. Bosch enhances the motor's versatility with a range of accessories, including a labyrinth seal to prevent water damage to the shaft, sealing air connections to improve the IP rating, thread reducers, fan cowls, and gearboxes. These features enable its use in a wide range of industrial applications.
The motor is equipped with a multi-turn absolute encoder EnDat2.1 with 2048 increments and features a plain shaft without a shaft sealing ring. The housing is coated with a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin, a water-based epoxy polyamide resin. It supports a radial load of up to 95 N with the 'N' bearing and can withstand an axial load of 50 N. The vibration severity grade is 'R'. Additionally, the MAD130D comes with a one-year warranty.
