Designed to generate a torque of 150 Nm, the MAD130D-0200-SA-M2-BP0-05-N1 is a high-power servo motor with a power rating of 31.4 kW. This servo motor can draw a current of up to 71.3 Amperes when operating under rated conditions. When working in the Standstill mode, the MAD130D-0200-SA-M2-BP0-05-N1 can produce a torque of 155 Nm, which is ideal for high-torque robotics, especially for applications that require quick responses from a servo motor, resulting in the generation of large rotational torque. The motor comes with a rotor inertia rating of 0.164 kgm², which is low and allows the motor to quickly accelerate or decelerate itself, adjusting its speed rapidly.
If the motor is operating under derating conditions, this motor will generate a speed of 1500 rpm, which is slower and may not be the desired speed for your application. Hence, following the operating input parameters is very important. The rated speed of this motor is 2000 rpm. This motor has a torque constant of 2.1 Nm per ampere, making this motor an efficient design. To help keep this motor cool during the heavy-duty mode, the MAD130D-0200-SA-M2-BP0-05-N1 comes with an Axial blower fan. This fan comes integrated within the motor and requires an external 400 volts AC to 460 volts AC power supply in order to function.
This motor has a smooth shaft, fully balanced with the shaft key, and also comes with a shaft seal ring. The motor shaft seal ring plays a critical role in protecting the motor's internal components, primarily by preventing the leakage of lubricants and the entry of contaminants such as dust, dirt, moisture, and foreign particles into the motor.
