The MAD130D-0200-SA-M2-BH0-05-N1 is a flange-mounted AC servo motor capable of producing a high torque of 341 Nm when spinning at the rate of 7500 rpm. This motor comes with the 0200 type winding and has a frame size D, making it easier to fit into small confined spaces, as the motor connectors are all placed on the top. This design is ideal for wiring the motor or performing servicing and maintenance tasks. The motor weighs approximately 75 kg, which is not too heavy considering it's an industrial-grade servo motor.
This motor can function in both standstill and normal operating modes. In standstill mode, this servo motor can generate a torque of 155 Nm, while in standard operating mode, this motor can generate a torque of 150 Nm, both of which are perfect for heavy-duty industrial applications. The motor comes with a 3-pole design, where three electromagnetic coils are excited with the same voltage to induce magnetic fields that turn the rotor of the motor. To control the speed, the frequency of the input voltage, which must remain between 50 to 60 Hz, can be altered while staying within the limit on each of the poles to regulate the speed.
To help keep the MAD130D-0200-SA-M2-BH0-05-N1 motor’s temperature down to the recommended levels, the motor comes with an Axial blower that helps regulate cool ambient air inside the motor housing, keeping the coil cool enough for the motor to function efficiently and without overheating. This cooling blower takes in air from side B (the rear end of the motor) and pushes it out side A (the front), cooling the internals in the process.
