Product Description
The MAD130D-0200-SA-M2-AP0-35-N1 servo motor made by Rexroth Bosch has high position control using the EnDat2.1 multiturn absolute encoder system (M2). This high-precision encoder with 2048 increments per revolution is an advanced tool for motion control. The multiturn encoder also eliminates the need to perform reference runs after power outages which helps in providing instant position information in multiple revolutions. It is especially useful in complicated production areas in which accurate position identification and speed tracking are critical for maintaining the efficiency of production systems.
Having a rated power of 31.4 kW and a rated current of 71.3 A, this motor of 130 mm frame size offers excellent operational specifications. The axial fan cooling system (SA) makes it possible to control the temperature properly during intense work; the balanced shaft with full-length key and shaft sealing ring (P) allows for proper power transmission and protects the shaft. The flange and foot mounting (35) are versatile options for attachment since they can be easily mounted in a variety of configurations within industries. The lack of a holding brake (0) reduces the complexity of the motor construction while the position control is achieved through the encoder.
The motor is designed for high-end applications with standard bearings (N) and a vibration severity grade of R=1 to withstand harsh industrial applications. Length D specification allows achieving high power density, coupled with ease of installation; therefore, it is useful in an application where space must be optimised. These features combined with a high-resolution encoder make this type of servo motor most suitable for high power and high precision systems such as metal forming equipment, industrial robotic applications, and manufacturing systems where accurate position feedback is important for torque control.
