Product Description
Motion equipment is one of the most critical parts of any industrial setup. High precision and accuracy ensure better results and guarantee more production output. To make sure that your requirements are met, the Rexroth group has produced a wide range of industrial equipment. These include pneumatic and hydraulic systems, electrical brake resistors, motion drives, converters, and more. Its high-quality equipment is being used globally. Rexroth continues to come up with state-of-the-art technologies to stay at the top of the automation market.
The MAD130D-0200-SA-M0-AK1-05-N1 comes from the IndraDyn A series of asynchronous housing motors. It belongs to the series of air-cooled housing motors providing both high-torque and high-speed operation capabilities. This motor has a rated 2,000RPM running speed. However, it can reach up to a maximum of 10,000RPMs. Similarly, the rated torque is 150 Nm while the maximum torque is 340.7 Nm. It can consume up to 137 Amperes to maintain this torque. The rated current, however, is 71.3 Amperes which maps to a rated power of 31.4 Kilowatts.
It features 130 frame size which has flanged type mounting for external load connection. The motor has an axial fan for temperature maintenance. The fan can be detached for maintenance purposes. There is a multi-turn encoder that works at 7 to 12 Volts supply with a sinusoidal output. For electrical connectivity, there is a flanged socket as well as a terminal box option. The flanged socket is placed on the A-side of the motor. There is a balanced half-key shaft and it comes with a sealing ring. Standard bearings are used in the assembly and the unit has a sturdy IP65 enclosure that allows it to bear rough weather conditions especially during heavy-duty operations.
