Product Description
The MAD130D-0200-SA-C0-HQ0-05-N1 is a motor that requires an alternating current to run. This is a servo motor which means it provides feedback on its position and velocity. When operational this motor produces a lot of heat. It is necessary to dissipate this heat to avoid burning its windings due to overheating. To mitigate this problem, this motor has a forced cooling system. There is a blower installed on it. This blower is installed on its axial axis on the back side of it. It is a 3-phase blower and can run on different input power supplies.
It can use three 400-volt line for its phases with 15% deflection on both side. It can also use three 440-volt lines on its phases with 10% deflection. It operating frequency as recommended by its manufacturer is 50 or 60 Hz. Because of its different input voltages its net power consumption can vary. It can consume from 139 watts to up to 208 watts of power to function properly. At this power rate it can draw a current of 0.2 to 0.25 amperes. It is recommended that the blower power and current consumption should be monitored carefully to avoid any problem. The allowable change in the current of the axial blower is up to 20% from the previously mentioned current consumption.
While consuming all this power this blower delivers a very good air flow. Its air flow delivery rate is 1000 m3/h. This high air flow rate helps a lot in cooling the motor and to avoid it from any kind of damage. This motor's connectors are positioned on the A side of the motor. The A side means these are placed on the front side of the motor. This position ensures an easy plug in and plug out of all of the connectors.
